SAIFF has received a BeZero Carbon ex‑ante rating of BBB.pre with “Very Low” execution risk (January 2026), a strong independent validation of the project’s quality and its future carbon credit potential.

BeZero Carbon is one of the leading global carbon‑credit rating agencies, known for its science‑driven, risk‑based assessment framework that evaluates projects across key dimensions such as additionality, carbon accounting, permanence, leakage, policy environment, and execution risk.

A ‘ BBB.pre ’ ex ante rating is comparable to the highest quartile of equivalently rated ex post ARR projects globally. This is a strong rating for an ex‑ante nature‑based project, especially when paired with a “Very Low” execution risk score that signals strong confidence in the project’s ability to reach operational maturity.

This outcome underscores the robustness of Silvipar’s technical design, governance, and implementation capacity, as well as the credibility of the project’s social and environmental safeguards. It also reinforces the high integrity of the carbon credits expected to be generated, particularly given BeZero’s emphasis on stakeholder engagement, land‑use permanence, and sustainable development co‑benefits in its rating methodology.
